Interview
Interview was conducted over the phone and lasted about 60 minutes. We discussed the job requirements and how my experience in financial aid for colleges and universities would be helpful to the process. I was tested on my knowledge with questions specific to financial aid and how they could make it work in a software system.

One of the questions was how do I determine of a student would need a Parent PLUS loan and how I would advise a parent on this.
