I can’t say enough about the experience I had with Voice Glance. Shortly after I submitted my resume I was contacted for a pre-screening phone call; the representative who contacted me was very friendly and professional. She then explained the next step in the process which was the on-demand phone interview. The on-demand phone interview really caught my interest, seeing as it is the technology behind the agency. Going through the on-demand phone interview really helped me gain additional insight. After completing the on-demand phone interview, I was called in for a face-to-face interview with the VP. The face-to-face interview consisted of a very open conversation with challenging yet unique interview questions. I got a great sense of the Voice Glance culture from the interview process; and can honestly say – anyone who has the opportunity to be part of the team at Voice Glance should feel fortunate. I didn’t end up working for this company, as I am relocating out of state. However, if I was going to be staying local, I would definitely want to be a part of what Voice Glance has to offer. The interview was great, the staff was professional, the processes in place are efficient, and there is a true sense of community.
