I was having 7+ years experience and my interviewer was having 4 years experience. He asked my simple questions like my previous projects, previous technology, working flow. Interviewer was very nervous. He was forgetting my answers and asked me same question multiple times. For example, He asked my previous company and project name 4-5 times. All answers were correct as they were general questions. Next day when I asked for update they told my experience in embedded is not sufficient for the vacancy. Wasted my time at this interview. There was no chance of being rejected based on interview. I think they can't afford good talents and they rejected because of my high salary expectation.
