There was a full day of onsite interviews. After that, there was a series of reference checks. The process was very rigorous and thorough. It was also very fair, and it was a good way to get to know the firm.

Interview
Five thoughtful Zoom discussions plus a written work sample. Work sample took around 1.5 hours to complete and was applicable to the job. References checked prior to an offer and they spent a good amount of time with each reference.
