The assessment center included a detailed individual and group presentation on which we were briefed a week beforehand, but received details at the assessment center. There were breaks and an ice breaker exercise with the group.

Interview
Online application, psychometric testing, situational judgement tests, online interview, in person interview. Tests were quite easy, online interview was slightly challenging. In person interview was focused on the STAR interview questions and required making a presentation before hand.

Interview
Long assessment center (full day), it included technical interviews to communication skills assessments. Analytical skills were valuable for them as well. As an internal student at the time I don't think they were familiar with the hiring process from a legal perspective which was disappointing.
