No interview offered - not so much as a response to my application despite hitting every point on the person spec, which comes off as rude and uncaring. Moreover the Microsoft Word application form includes non-inclusive terminology and asks for personal details not relevant to the hiring process. On reflection, I think I had a lucky escape not being selected, as this organisation has far to go in becoming a modern and inclusive employer.
