The interview process consisted of two stages. The first stage was a Teams interview focused on my background, relevant experience, and how my skills aligned with the role, as well as providing more information about the company and the position.
The second stage was an in-person interview with the hiring manager and HR, which included more in-depth technical questions around Power BI, SQL, and the Power Platform. This stage also involved competency-based questions and discussion around my future development and career plans.
