The process was straightforward. Initial phone interview followed by the onsite interview with various members of the team. The Director of Engineering, the Head Electrical Engineer and the Head HR Manager. Interview process took about an hour and a half in total if I remember correctly, about 30-45 minutes with the DoE, 30 with the HEE and 20 with the HHM.
