Application & Screening
After applying, shortlisted candidates are usually contacted quickly.
HR may do a short phone screening to confirm experience, availability, and interest.
First Interview (Technical)
This round focuses on networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills.
Expect questions on DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, routing basics, and Vox’s products (FTTH, LTE, VoIP).
They may give scenario-based questions like how you’d troubleshoot slow internet or dropped VoIP calls.
Second Interview (HR / Managerial)
This round tests soft skills, customer handling, and culture fit.
Common questions:
“How do you handle a difficult customer?”
“What does accountability mean to you?”
“Why do you want to work at Vox?”
They’re looking for professionalism, respectfulness, and adaptability.
Outcome & Offer
The process is usually quick (1–2 days).
If successful, you may get an offer shortly after the interviews.
