Strange interview experience. Several weeks post interview process and have received no updates or feedback. Concerning given the interview was conducted by the VP of People, you would think there would be consideration in ensuring a positive candidate experience. This has led to having a poor reflection of the business, along with it's recruiting function. Seems to be a common practice based on previous reviews too.

Tell me about yourself question. The interviewer also spent 15 minutes talking about the company and had no thoughtful or structured questions to ask about my experience and relevancy to the role.

They were pretty quick to get back after applying. Had a first round half hour interview with the internal recruiter. Was straightforward, usual questions.
Then immediately to second round with the line manager. Also only half hour too. This was also unremarkable, in terms of the questions asked. Obviously, with half an hour, you only get no more than a partial snapshot, both ways.
A day later, I get an automated rejection email. The kind you get after CV submission. Not what you expect after speaking to two people. Very impersonal, and definitely a red flag.
I'd say definitely read all the employee reviews before you apply.... I did only after. If I had read them before, I would bargepole this company.

Primeira conversa com RH é bem básica para você contar suas experiências e eles compartilharem um pouco da vaga e empresa. Geralmente, pedem um case depois e supostamente você apresenta se passar. Eles prometem retorno, dando até data, mas somem sem nenhum tipo de retorno, nem mesmo uma negativa clara, o que indica uma super falta de profissionalismo, organização e respeito da empresa. Cuide do material do case para que eles não usem sem te contratar.
