I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter within a few days. Screening call, then three interviews with two Vynamic team members on each. All were a mix of behavioral and situational, with one being a case study presentation followed by Q&A. Expect them to really drill into your previous experience and project outcomes. That said, everyone was extremely friendly and personable and I enjoyed the interview process overall. The entire process took less than two months. The recruiter was very communicative and clear throughout every step as well.
