Applied online through the company website. Got an email in a week for a phone screen with a process engineer. Mostly questions from resume experience and technical details probing into problem solving skills. After that got an invitation to interview on site. Interview was 3 hours long. First hour was chat with a process engineer and a tour of the engineering facility. Next two hours were hour long interviews with two teams of engineering leaders.

During the interview, I was tasked with discussing my experiences and recent accomplishments to see how they align with our career opportunities. I was also asked about my background and skills to determine how I could contribute to the team at Gore.

The Engineer introduced herself, and what the company was about. and then I gave my elevator pitch. She asked why I wanted to work for Gore, about my previous job, and why I left and if I required sponsorship

Interview
Started with HR phone-screen interview. In-person interview consisted of two small groups and seemed very conversational. Duration was 2 hours. Interviewers were available by phone the week following the interview to answer some outstanding questions I had about the team and the role.
