I applied through my university's career website. The interview was pretty simple, they came to my university, had an info session and held on campus interviews. They asked about your experiences, teamwork, leadership your technical problems.

Interview
It was a standard behavioral interview for 30 minutes with two young Gore representatives. I received the interview after talking with them at Career Fair. It was standard behavioral questions, but they were very interested in my answer regarding engineering projects. They care a lot about technical proficiency and examples of how you’ve applied your skills.
