The interview process consisted of two separate interview rounds. The first being an introductory interview with one associate. This lead to an offer for a second round of interviews. This was a whole day process, with an introduction to the company and a tour, then two separate 45 minute interviews with two associates each. They returned their decision within a week.

I had an on campus interview at my university. It was a 30 minute interview, that will be followed by a site interview if I make it to the next round. The interview was pretty standard, questions were more about engineering projects and internships than about personality or behavior.
