1. Interview with HR, Jen Ahuna. Be nice and courteous, she's a sweetheart from Hawaii.
2. Interview with HR Director and Supervisor. Toughest interview you'll have with the company.
3. Interview with one of the 3 founders. Not easy, but not hard. Be yourself, be professional.
