There was a fairly long online application that had to be completed first. It was not difficult, but it took a decent amount of time. After that, there were three separate interview.

Interview
Completed multiple Skype interviews with CEO and other official working for company. Felt the interviews were totally professional and normal. Was told I would hear back in the next week and never received a response. A little frustrating as I jumped through all the hoops and scheduled time off current job to interview both times. I had to request multiple references complete their lengthy paperwork (using their own time and efforts). After radio silence, I followed up with an email in regards to their decision, but never received a reply. The time and energy I invested in an interview and the company could not even send a rejection email was even more disappointing.
