Question 1
They compared me to another candidate from Atlanta simply because I wasn’t wearing a suit and just wore formal shirt and formal pants. I have work experience in New York. I don’t need this treatment.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WBAL-TV 11 (Baltimore, MD) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview was very natural and conversational. I never felt like I was being questioned or the typical "how would you_____" scenarios. The interview was more of like a meet & greet. Less than a week later, I heard back about my decision.
