I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at WCCB (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
Brief phone interview was primarily to find out why I was interested in working in television and what experience (if any) I had in the industry.
An in-person interview was next where they walked you through the studio and control room. They had you sit with folks on the production team and allowed both sides to ask questions.
