Interview process is extensive, with 3-4 interviews, reference checks, and a DISC profile performed. Expect to interview with the hiring manager, HR & CEO, and then with other company managers and coworkers.
Expect a week turnaround for each step, not a rapid process, but we are working on speeding it up.
Actual interview questions are not impossible, they are straightforward. Simply answer directly and honestly. However since we are a small organization, and every hire is important, we are very selective when filling a position.
Finally, we are truly interested in finding people that are a good fit. We want people that WE-EF will be a good fit for them. So ask questions in the interview, we will answer them.
