      I interviewed at WEF

      Interview

Managed by a third party recruiter. This seemed good, because it meant it was a high touch interview process: they might actually be invested in their candidates. My opinion changed drastically after getting a form rejection email a week after a third round interview. No details, not even a person's name on the email, just a generic HR system rejection note.
