Applied in January and had an initial interview, followed by a 4-hour in-person meeting.
Communication thereafter was incredibly poor; the company missed every single internal timeline they set (ie "You'll hear from us in a week" and I wouldn't hear back for 2-3 weeks), forcing me to constantly follow up.
In May, months after my application, they resurfaced to announce the full-time role had shifted to freelance-to-hire. Something that was dropped on me all of the sudden after a 30 min catch up call with how much they wanted to hire me. They then scheduled an interview with the CEO while I was on vacation, forcing a last-minute video call when I was only available for phone.
After five months of a disorganized process, I was rejected at the end of May. Total lack of respect for candidates' time.
I wouldn't consider working there anymore
