WHNT interview questions

The interview itself was fine. Lasted about 20 min if that. The horrible part was when I was offered the position and due to personal circumstances I could not accept the position. He then proceed to laugh on the phone and it felt like he was laughing at me. I expressed my apologies for the inconvenience and wished him luck. The behavior was absolutely unprofessional and uncomfortable. I contacted HR to inform of the interviewers behavior. The HR then asked well was there someone around who made him laugh. I expressed how am I supposed to know that when its a PHONE CALL even so the behavior is UNPROFESSIONAL and unacceptable. I highly recommend not working here.
