WILS Language School interview questions

Applied online through a job website. Talked for a few weeks to a recruiter via email. I was able to meet the owner of the school because he lives in Charlottesville, which is close to my hometown. We met and it was more for me to ask him questions. He seemed extemely nice and genuine, and willing to help (unfortunately I would find out that he does not typically uphold those promises). They sent me the contract via email and that's how I negotiated pay.
