I think pretty straight forward but everything is about networking instead of what you capable. It will take 3-4 rounds and depending on your position.
In the end, high chance will based on who you know and who you close with.
Good interview process with detailed questions. The interview time is more than 1hr for manager role. The topics that are asked for manager role are about product leadership skills and management skills

Standard process, recruiter reaches out and then you speak with hiring managers depending on the role level. HR Interview is pretty easy, standard screening questions. Second round interview depends on the hiring manager.
