Interview
I had my interview with a partner at WRA Architects. They asked me to walk them through my portfolio and explain the design process behind the project.
After that they had basic questions for me and at the end they asked if I had any questions for them.
Two step interview process with the first one being more about the canditate and their work, while the second interview was a virtual/in-person tour of the firm. I was made a job offer at the end of the second interview.

Interview
Was contacted by the firm to go in for interview. Gave me a week notice to set the time and day. Once arrived I was put into a room and waited for the principal. I introduced my self and presented my portfolio. They asked me several questions like willing to relocate, salary, and available time to start working.
