I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WRKSHP in Oct 2016
Interview
I applied and within two days received a response from their HR asking to schedule a 2 hour window with them in which I would complete a technical test.
Basically they sent me a PDF with a list of four video game related tasks to complete. Along with the PDF were two Xcode templates; one prepared for Apple's UIKit and one for Cocos2d. Though it asks you to use one of the provided templates, it also says you can use any libraries at your disposal. Regardless you will want to have some decent experience in some video game framework. Both templates were also in Objective C so take that as you will if you prefer to code in Swift.
I completed the test and heard back the next day with no offer.
