Interview
It wasn't as nerve wrecking as I thought it would be, if you prepare yourself for any interview you are more likely to do good. First you do an interview with the assistant manger or manager, then you get interviewed by the district manager.

Interview
Starts off by in-person application (Online not available) you will NOT receive a call unless there's someone on the inside to put in a word for you.
Once you're set for an interview, You will be taken to the stock room ("Office") which will be pretty messy as this is where every employee grabs stuff to either restock or punch in/out. Everyone at the time is friendly, However everything changes once you actually have the job. The process is pretty straightforward and simple, If you're chosen, You get sent to the main store in Gardena for processing.
