Wyld-ly unprofessional. Don’t waste your time. I was so excited to receive the email to schedule a phone screen. Once I set it up, I spent hours prepping for what could have been a huge shift in my career. The appointment came and they completely ghosted me. I offered the most charitable assumption that something came up and followed up via email after the phone screen appointment had long since passed and it was clear they wouldn’t be calling. The recruiter never even had the decency to follow up and apologize to me for wasting my time and money in PTO waiting for the call that would never come. Nearly two weeks later, I receive an auto generated disposition email saying they’re moving forward with another candidate. I don’t mind being rejected and believe in finding the perfect fit for all roles. I obviously wasn’t a fit, but basic decency should be the bare minimum. I’m hopeful they found a good fit because it’s clear that their brand needs a lot of development. The product is great and it seems like the mission is centered around positive impacts but I will never be purchasing again. This is not how you treat people. Terribly embarrassing and disrespectful way to conduct business.
