Thanks for your feedback. Our interview process is much more comprehensive than it was 2 years ago and has been revamped by our new HR Manager. As before all candidates go through a phone screen process, 50 state background check. In addition to this, candidates undergo a reference check, a phone screen, and are required to do an in person interview in which they answer a series of job specific questions related to dog walking and pet care, much more specific than just "Do you love dogs?" Based on all of the listed factors, then we make our hiring decision. Thanks!
