Interview
The process was: Initial online meeting with the HR -> interview with a manager -> role play. I’m not sure of the next stage after role play since I was not selected after the role play.
My experience: it was one of the nicest recruitment experience I ever had because after the role play, the MD and one of the director provide me a feedback session based on my performance during the role play. It did provide a lot of insights and help me perform role plays better during my job search. The HR is also super kind and informative. Although I wasn’t selected for the position, overall their process was lean and great. The only downside is that feedbacks take approx 1 week which is quite long

It was insightful and inspiring. It made me feel like I could truly work in that specific environment where I was free to voice my ideas and contribute to the company.
