There were multiple steps that all spread out over many months. Included a physical fitness test including sit-ups, push ups and run. Writen test that was very easy, physical and drug test. The interview was the last part and was with 2 employees. Nothing very hard, basically why do you want this job and commitment to criminal justice as a focus, as well as ensuring you weren't going to abuse your position or use it for personal gain.
