Walker Therapeutic & Educational Programs interview questions

Submitted resume. Phone call screen. Zoom interview with two supervisors. Interested in my particular experience and point of view. Talked about a few prior jobs and unique perspective I could bring as an educator and mental health provider. Practiced a few vignettes and provided feedback about how I might respond in a real world therapy session.

First was asked about experiences as a teacher. After that there was a conversation about why you became a teacher and what motivates you to teach. After that there were more formal questions about how you would respond in certain situations.
