Interview
The entire interview process was pretty simple. A couple of skype calls, a coding challenge and a real time coding exercise. I took the coding challenges for development and automated testing because I had experience in both. The development challenges took a lot of thinking and coding. They were nice and give me a time extension to submit the results.

Question 1
Development coding challenge has complex SQL tasks and algorithms in java. Efficiency of the algorithm and the variety & quality of unit testing scenarios for the algorithms are of importance.
The task for automated testing was automating a task in a few sites. Tests knowledge over testing tools/libraries. Coding style and architecture & design decisions are also looked at.

Interview
Their process is quite easy, but doesn't seem they consider candidates application. They only gave me a task and right after that I was rejected, and not that the solution was bad since I have 10+ years of experience - but simply got rejected.
Spent a valuable time they should really value. Shame!

Interview
Applied the Job from Stackoverflow, they sent me an assignment with two manual test and a automation test which has two part: one is testing facebook login and posting an entry to profile, the second is to entering a review to wallethub blog page.
They return me very quickly with saying
"Unfortunately we have decided not to pursue your application following your manual QA test results but feel free to reapply after 12 months."
I requested more detail about the result several times because I spent my time for it but neither they didn't send me any details, nor any information about not giving details.
DON'T waste your time for this company.

Question 1
1. Writing manual test cases and testing them on wallethub in every details seems to me not logical for evaluating personal ability instead they only want a detail case and the rest is only the title.
2. Second manual test is deriving minimum number of test cases for testing boundary values for two parameters. This test is more logical.
