Interview
The process was straightforward, easy to follow, and ultimately very educational. It gave me clarity on my strengths while pointing out where I could grow, making the experience both practical and motivating.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
When you receive constructive feedback after a coding challenge, how do you apply it to improve your future solutions?
They initially sent me an email with what they thought of my resume then talked about the interview process. Starts off with 2 coding exercises where you can use google/outside resources, then a coding interview via video chat (in my experience, they used an AI interviewer, lightscreen.ai). Then 2 technical interviews, 1 behavioral, an hour for each. After the coding exercises, they send you an email with feedback.

Question 1
manipulation of data structures with simple algorithms
Got rejected after completing the OA even though passing all the test cases in 37 mins, score was 100. The question weren't difficult, but overall it takes time to set up and read and test. So I don't know what is the reason for the rejection, there is no real feedback neither. If what they want is very fast speed, I'm curious if anyone can really finish the whole process from setup to read to code to test under 20 min? AI can definitely do it, but they wrote everywhere that AI should not be used. For me it seems like what they are looking for is someone who uses AI to do the OA, or they do not want to hire at all.
If you are preparing, I recommend just looking at all the people's sharing on this platform, they are very close to the actual interview questions.
