      Social Media Assistant Interview

      Oct 30, 2015
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Warehouse (London, England) in Oct 2015

      Interview

Applied online via company recruitment site. A week later HR set up an interview for me. They asked me to provide a SWOT analysis, which had taken me hours to do. And I was told that the interview will consist of a ten minuet presentation of my findings and five minuets for questions. I was meant meant to be interview by the digital marketing manager and the e-commerce manager but the DM manager was off sick so I was only interviewed by one person. When I showed him my findings and he seemed very shocked about what I found and said it it's very analytical. From what I could see he jotted a lot of notes down. Also the interview had taken about 40 mins and he said I made a great effort with the questioned I'd asked. But towards the end it seemed like he was keen to rush me out. A week has past and I still haven't heard from them so I'd sent an email, which still hasn't been replied. It just seemed to me like they just looking for fresh ideas. I left feeling quiet confused and unsure about how it went.

      Question 1

Why are you interested in social media? What would be the first thing you'd do if you were offered the position? Tell me a bit more about your experience. On a scale of 1-10, 1 being creative and 10 being analytical, how would you rate yourself? Why do you want to work at warehouse?
