It was not difficult. Make sure you know some facts about Warren James, how the company came about etc. They asked questions like what makes you different, and gave me customer scenarios.
Alot of competency qs. followed by role play. they said it was informal but it sure felt formal. Had to then describe a pair of earrings which i did as i worked in jewelery before but still didnt get an offer
