I applied online, and was contacted a week later via email about scheduling a phone interview. A few days after the first phone interview, I was contacted again regarding a follow-up interview, also over the phone (possibly because I was out of the country at the time). The operations director was very accommodating with regards to setting up the actual interviews.
In the time period between the two interviews, they asked me to complete some writing samples based off their prompts (examples of things I would be asked to write in the position I was applying for).
