Had a phone interview with the office manager and assistant deputy of the region. Was contacted several days later and invited for an office visit & interview. The office interview was with a couple of the assistant managers for the office.

For the Pullman team, the first round of interviews were through video call. All communication other than the interview was done through email. I got no feedback other than not being selected for round two.

The interview was not too stressful. It was a group interview where they asked questions from a list. They each went around the table and asked a different question. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. There was also a written essay part that I took first, before the in-person interview.
