Washington State Treasurer interview questions

Two stage interview process. First was mostly standard interview questions with a panel of three. The second had some standard questions and then a program proposal. The proposal did not have to be formalized, but interviewee had to be prepared to lay out vision for the role in three months, six months, one year.
