Apply online and send resume. After being contacted for an interview, the following happened: 1) took a personality survey online 2) interview - Introduction to company. Explanation about a change at the company in previous years that had a lot of online negative reviews. Seems they've worked out the problems. Give the company a try. Had water for me. Everyone very friendly. Standard questions. Took a really easy logic quiz afterward Was asked if I wanted to continue with interview process. Was to take another personality quiz online and then have a 1/2 day interview. Once I got home and thought over it, decided wasn't position for me. Nothing against the company. I wasn't going to be good fit - wasn't the job for me - so I called the next day let them know.
