I applied online. I interviewed at Waves Coffee House (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2024
Interview
I have to say that the whole thing was pretty cool. They called me and the next day I came for an interview. The interview was intimate, and they were very nice. But I had to wait 10 minutes for the person in front of me to finish the interview, and I had the interview for another 25-30 minutes. Some of the questions were simple and some were, I think, too much for this type of work. Then they gave you basic information about the job and said they would get back to you. They didn't give me feedback. I think the interview was kinda hard and they don’t care about tell you you’re not right for them.
