Three rounds of interviews:
First round: motivation & personal fit
Second round: case study, 3 statements and analyse if Wayflyer would provide funding
Third round: technical & motivation
First two rounds online, last in person
Good overal experience, friendly people
Nice people, seems like a good company to work for. Case study and behavioral interviews back to back. Case wasn’t too hard but niche for credit analyst role. No offer received
