Your interview is done in two stages. First, you meet with Matt Wheeler, the President of the firm, and he asks you questions about where you want to go in your career. He then will ask you what you value most out of three things: Compensation, Growth Potential, and Workplace Environment. He asks you to rank each one.
He is looking for people who are going to work hard, but also want to grow professionally into leaders. You aren't going to make a ton of money doing this job, but you will earn two things that will only benefit you long term and those are 1) You will learn how to manage yourself and be a representative that is focused on the needs of the client and 2) You can grow and become a mentor to future employees and even one day learn how to open your own office.
