Interview
Screening interview. Then algorithms interview in one day and then 3 algorithm interviews in one sit, 45 min each and 15 min break. To many algorithm interviews on my taste. Also soft skills interview.
For soft skills interview:
Just work questions. Ex: you have deadlines but you see issue in code which not connected to current tasks, your actions.
Or: Did you have conflicts and if yes how did you resolved them.
