When I arrived they had cancelled the interviews for that day and had forgotten to tell me. They interviewed anyway, the interview took 15 min, I filled out a for, they scanned my ID. 3 days later I was booking work at events.

We are Talent called me for an interview on their offices to work in events. When you arrive at the office they ask you to fill in a form with all your personal informations. After a few minutes they put you in a room during two hours teaching how to serve and to set up a table. In the end they ask you for your passports and start the individual interviews. You have to wait another half an hour to be interviewed and to recover your passport. In the individual interview they don't ask anything relevant about your work experience, just your availability. In conclusion, they need staff and they presume you want the job without even know the conditions.
