Useless written tests wasting ppl’s time, be more tech and stop using paper written tests. Old managers asking stupid questions and feels like they don’t know how other tech company works

Interview
In total 3 rounds of interview - 2 from the department and 1 called culture interview. All interviewers were nice. Had a good talk with the culture interviewer. At last the HR guy asked me to take paycut for joining the bank. That’s nonsense!
