Interview
i applied for it through cocubes(exam).Their email said next round would a panel interview but they took another online test(basic aptitude and LR).After it they started calling us one by one for the interview. There were about 40-50 more students for the job waiting for their turn.They called all the girls first for the interview.We(guys) waited outside till 5 PM for our turn.
The reason for girls being interviewed first was they had to reach their college back as many of them were day scholars who came from different city for interview. They had to reach back to college by a specific time to board the last bus of that day. This was just an exceptional case and we have never given importance to one gender over another.
