Interview
Long and lengthy, at least 5 months in duration. I talked on the phone with HR for the first one, then had the second one in the office with the CEO. Got to talk to the managing director next, then was presented with compensation data in a whole different meeting after the managing director. Finally I met with a VP for the final interview.
Very comprehensive in terms of what to expect in a career as a financial advisor- specifically when it comes to how to find clients, the process used with clients, and compensation structure

it was easy good hard. what you make it. you have to be a go getter to be able to make it in this industry. Its important you work hard and don't get discouraged.
