Headline: Disorganized Recruitment Process
Pros: Innovative use of AI-assisted screening tools.
Cons: The interview experience was hampered by poor communication from the Talent Acquisition team. My screening call was rescheduled three separate times. Despite these changes, the TA contact ghosted my follow-up requests.
Advice to Management: Respecting a candidate’s time is essential for employer branding. If a company is going to lean heavily on AI for efficiency, the human side of the process (TA) needs to be equally responsive and professional.
