Interview
I meant the Vice President at a college job fair. Within a week I was asked to come to their office and interview for the position. It was very relaxed. We walked around the buildings while discussing expectations and the history/operations of the company.

Casual. Looking more for examples of work ethic and knowledge of the tasks as opposed to wanting a portfolio. Interview was held at the warehouse/office so you get to meet all of your coworkers.
